For dusty playa goodness.

Breakfast is either burritos with eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage and cheese with picante sauce or pancakes and bacon. And coffee. Lots of coffee I use egg beaters and simply potatoes to save time and they are easy to transport and seal up nicely in a ziplock.for cooler storage.

Lunch and Dinner is pretty eclectic. We are laying out a more defined plan this year for at least dinner, but the staples of raman bowls, canned meals like stew or raviolis, instant mashed potatoes, boil in bag rice dishes and noodles canned meats (tuna, beef and chicken) for mixing in with the raman, rice or potatoes, canned chicken spread and crackers, fruit cups, pop tarts, pudding cups and an assortment of chips will be present.

I am hauling out the bbq this year and we plan on grilling up steaks, chicken, burgers, etc. and have some real meals. Braum's sell vacuum packaged meats that have a nice long refrigerator life for the regular coolers and this year I am adding a dry ice cooler to take out some frozen premade foods and for meat storage.

We'll be on Playa for 12 days or so and this year we're gonna eat dammit. LOL!
