just fyi if you want a high def verion of a youtube video just add
&fmt=6
to the end of it... didn't seem to make a difference on this video but in another test we noticed that the audio was a lot better on some videos
or you could use th &fmt=18 for the MP4 version but again in this example it doesn't make a big difference -
