There are two a year. If you want good, wait in line for Oliver, or check out some of the guest tattoo artist. The guy i has was shaking, but after waiting in line, i didn't want to not get it, so i just got some dots around my wrist. It is a lot of fun, they start on Thurs. night at midnight and go to midnight the next day. It is a big party. They have flash or "13" tattoos that you can pick or you can do a design of your own, but it can't be too big or too many colors.
